Built on world-leading veterinary research, the Brecon Harness uses a non-restrictive Y-shaped design and a wide reinforced chest plate to help distribute pressure across the chest instead of the neck. This supports natural movement while helping protect the neck, spine and other vital anatomy.

Why I Started Penne & Co.
Penne has a strong prey drive. Like many dogs, he’d suddenly lunge after a squirrel or bird before I had time to react. As a dachshund, he’s already predisposed to spinal conditions like IVDD. I wasn’t worried about his behaviour. I was worried about what that split second of force was doing to his neck. I couldn’t find products I truly trusted, so I spent years researching canine welfare and working with veterinary professionals to create them myself. That belief still guides everything we do today.
