At Penne & Co., we believe your dog deserves products that last a lifetime.

That is why every product we make is backed by our Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty. This reflects the care, craftsmanship and testing that goes into everything we design.

We create products we trust with our own dogs, and we stand behind them for the long haul.

What is Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If something is not performing as it should under normal use, we will put it right.

• Manufacturing defects: Faulty stitching, hardware failures (buckles, clips, zips) or material flaws.
• Product not performing its intended function: If a harness, lead or collar no longer does what it was designed to do.
• Normal intended use: When you are using the product as directed and following care instructions.

What is Not Covered

Some issues naturally fall outside the scope of the warranty:

• Chew damage: Unless specifically marked as chew resistant, our products are not guaranteed against determined teeth.
• Cosmetic wear and tear: Fading, scuffs, softening of fabric or natural ageing of materials over time.
• Accidents or misuse: Damage caused by use outside the intended purpose.
• Third-party alterations or repairs: Modifications not carried out or approved by Penne & Co.
• Electronics: Items such as safety lights are covered by a one year warranty due to limited battery life.

Our Resolution

If your product qualifies under our warranty, we will, at our discretion:

• Send you a replacement part
• Replace the product with the same or a similar item
• Issue a Penne & Co. store credit equal to the value of your item

How to Make a Claim

1. Submit a request through our warranty form (or email us at barkbark@penneand.co).
2. Provide proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt.
3. Include photos or videos of the defect so we can assess quickly.

We will review your claim and confirm the next steps.

Legal and Consumer Rights

• This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
• Replacement shipping is covered by Penne & Co. (surcharges may apply for remote locations).
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights. It does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or applicable EU consumer protection laws, which remain in full force.
• Penne & Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, except where such exclusions are not permitted by law.
• To the fullest extent permitted, any implied warranties including merchantability or fitness for purpose are limited to the duration of this warranty.
