Track My Order

You'll receive an email once your order has shipped titled "Your Penne&Co. order is on the way." This contains your tracking link.

Alternatively, you can log into our help centre and track your order there.

  • Go to the help centre
  • You can log in using your email address to retrieve your order. Alternatively, you can use your order ID and postcode.
  • Check the fulfilment status of your order. If it's fulfilled, select the order. (If the status is not yet fulfilled, try again in 24 hours to allow us a little longer to dispatch your order.)
  • Click Track Your Order to be directed to your specific courier tracking.
