1. Promoter
This giveaway is run by Penne & Co. (the “Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
Entrants must have a valid, public Instagram account at the time of entry and winner selection.
3. Entry Requirements
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
• Follow @penneandco on Instagram
• Like the official giveaway post
• Tag at least one other Instagram user in the comments
Each comment counts as a separate entry, provided a different user is tagged each time.
4. Bonus Entries
Participants can receive additional entries as follows:
• Sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram story and tagging @penneandco will count as two additional entries (double entry).
Story shares must be visible (public account) at the time of entry for verification.
5. Entry Period
The giveaway opens on [insert start date] and closes at [insert end date].
Entries submitted after the closing time will not be valid.
6. Prize
Four (4) winners will be selected.
Each winner and the person they tagged in their winning entry will both receive:

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or alternative will be offered.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
Each winning entry will include one tagged account, who will also be eligible to receive the prize.

8. Claiming the Prize
Both the winner and their tagged friend must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.
If either party does not respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9. Delivery
Prizes will be sent to UK addresses provided by the winners.
The Promoter is not responsible for any delays or issues once the prize has been dispatched.
