I needed a strong harness for my Romanian rescue dog whose instinct is to run away. This harness provides both strength & comfort. Easily adjusted, fits perfectly & great quality.

Arrived quickly with a lovely card and free gift. Collar looks so smart on Moose. (11 month old Labrador). Have only had one outing with the harness, which demonstrated I needed to adjust it. However, even though it was a little loose it definitely helped with the pulling. Everything looks very well made and high quality.

The harness is a great success, after trying various other harnesses over several years we finally seem to have found one that doesn't cause pressure on our furry friends windpipe. Thank you, happy dog = happy household.

What can I say, there aren't enough words to describe this fantastic organisation. My experience started, by randomly coming across their Instagram post. I thought I'd check it out, to see if they're legit! All looked great. I needed a new harness for my sprocker spaniel. As her old one was too tight. I measured my dog, (a lot!) and decided on getting a Brecon harness. I was away from home when I placed my order. So i emailed the team, asking if it would be delivered before I had to leave. Their response was instant. Assured me it would arrive within 24/48hrs and it did. I then put the new harness on my dog. But unfortunately, after many attempts, with myself and someone else thought. Too big. This was on a weekend, I emailed the poor suffering team again, asking for advice. They responded over a weekend, which i really did not expect! Again, extremely helpful. They asked to see photos of the harness on the dog. Which i duly sent. Within a minute, reply received simply saying "too big, we'll get you out a smaller one now". I really didn't expect such a response. What made it even better was that they said it would be dispatched to my home address, and would arrive a day or two later, with a prepaid pack for the old one to go back to them! This is incredibly trusting of them. The new one arrived a couple of days later, fits my dog much better. Slightly too big, but the team are going to send me a video of how to do the straps. (Properly!) Small amount of excess webbing. Their product range is amazing, I felt it necessary to order a matching rope leash for her! This organisation is absolutely top class. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks again!

Brilliant harness, great quality and fit and good customer service thank you

The quality of Penne & Co products is exceptional and prompt delivery service too. The large Brecon harness fits our 25kg vizsla perfectly, and the nylon wash bag for laundering purposes a lovely extra surprise in the parcel.

We have the Brecon Adventure set for Ned our golden retriever. Not only does he look absolutely handsome in the green, the harness is very well made and comfortable for him. The customer service is second to none.

I bought the Penne&Co lead and Brecon harness for my Flatcoated retriever and although a bit pricey, they are beyond my expectations for quality and feel sturdy and strong, but no rough edges or coarse fabric. They are definitely built to last and the service and speed of delivery were great too. I am impressed with these products.

I ordered the harness which arrived promptly. Penne and Co were great at updating every step. The harness arrived. Well packed of good quality materials. Unfortunately our dog seems to be an odd shape. She has a very long back and neck. We could not get the harness to sit right. My fault entirely. The company were very helpful. Even sending a video of how the harness should fit. There were no quibbles about returning the harness and a return label was sent very quickly. My husband and I were gutted the harness did not fit. Our dog is a mixed bread rescue dog. I really would recommend Penne and Co. High quality goods and very helpful service.

We initially ordered the incorrect size for our teacup Pomeranian (our fault for not measuring him). Penne & Co. Customer service was amazing in helping with our exchange and we had a replacement harness for our boy in a matter of days. The harness itself fits brilliantly, with the use of the adjustable straps and looks the absolute business! 5/5 stars, will be buying from here again!

Not only was the purchasing experience simple and efficient, I received my order literally the next day having placed it late afternoon, this may seem normal to some but having ordered at a time where seasonal demand is high, the speed at which I received the order is a testament to the brands consideration to the importance of customer service. When the order arrived, I first noticed the weight of the Collar which gave me confidence in it’s quality and that it would serve our Old English Bulldog well! The materials and trims used also add to the overall quality and exceptional value for money. Ordered a collar, harness and lead from the Brecon range as they seemed to go together so well. The collar is excellent, easy to put on and superb quality, I like the fact that it comes off easily if you know what you are doing but not otherwise. The width of the collar helps it sit well when just walking on the collar, as I do quite often, the fact that it is robust and strong is also useful when you have a large and powerful dog. The harness is probably the best made I have ever come across and is immensely strong. The multiple attachment points are useful, one on the back for pootling around in fields and one on the front for situations requiring more control. The lead is another high quality item, strong with a good loop handle but the rope itself is also nice to handle when adjusting the dog's distance from you, this makes it much more versatile, another useful feature is the locking attachment on the clip, an easy to use but useful additional feature. Everything arrived promptly and was beautifully packaged, all in all a really good experience.

I purchased two collars (one red and one blue) for my dachshunds and I’m so impressed!! True to size and fantastic material. The Penne & Co logo is subtle and chic. The clasp is magnetic and locks, very innovative and cleaner looking than standard clasps. Can’t wait to purchase for pet accessories from Penne & Co in the future!

I bought a collar and leash for my pitbull/lab mix. She can pull pretty hard when she sets her mind to it so it was important to me to buy a product that I know will last and withstand a strong dog. Will come back for future pup needs.
